Diet Adventure!

So my friend decided that she was going to do a ‘Juice Diet’. Being the friend that I am and of course always wanted to loose a few pounds and not loosing them fast enough at the gym, I said I would do one with her. She is doing a STRAIGHT juice diet! She got a juicer and is putting every damn veggie in there that she can find. Me on the other hand, I’m doing a fruit and veggie + lean protein diet. Basically all I am eating is as many fruits and veggies as possible and sticking to eating them raw when I can. I am also drinking Boathouse’s juices and adding lean protein into at least 2 meals with soy protein shakes, tofu, boneless/skinless chicken breast or an egg. How is the diet going? I am interested in trying something like this sometime next month also.

I ended up losing 7lbs in the 2 weeks! My friend that did the fresh juice only diet lost 17 in 2wks. The juice diet is not for everyone cause all you get is water and juice plus you have to have a large juicer to make it every day. The fruit+veggie+protien diet was easier to prepare and took a bit less patience lol.
Unfortunately I stopped doing it over the holidays due to vaca in mexico, anniv and my husband’s birthday cause going to thanksgiving dinner and eating only the veggie platter was NOT happening! I plan to start up again after the new year. :c)

I might try the juice diet. It’s going to be hard, but I will manage. XD
